ISUZU GROUP CONNECT Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms".) govern the use of ISUZU GROUP CONNECT (Hereinafter referred to as the "Service".) provided by Isuzu Motors Corporation (Hereinafter referred to as "our company".). All users of the Services (Hereinafter referred to as "User".) must agree to and abide by these Terms. If you use the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 Rights and responsibilities of users

1. Unless otherwise agreed, the User's right to use the Service is non-exclusive, and the User who purchased the Connected Service Vehicle shall have the right to use the Vehicle as long as the User uses the Vehicle, and may not grant a sublicense, transfer, or succeed to contractual status to a third party.

2. You are responsible for any actions and consequences that may occur in connection with your use of the Services. If any dispute or other problem arises as a result of the User's actions, the User shall resolve such problem at its own cost and responsibility and shall not cause any inconvenience to our company.

Article 2 usage fee

1. You may use the Services free of charge for five (5) years from RDR, provided that you accept and faithfully comply with all of the terms and conditions. However, the communication environment such as equipment, software and communication lines necessary for using the Service shall be provided at the user's responsibility and expense.

2. After the free period described above, you may continue to use the Services in accordance with a separately stipulated contract for the paid use of connected services.

Article 3 Use of user information

1. This service is operated by acquiring a part of user's information (Hereinafter referred to as "User Information".). The method of handling and purpose of use of the User Information in the Service may be held and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy separately published on our company website, and the User understands and accepts them.

2. The user shall obtain prior consent from the employee, etc. for the provision of personal information of the user's employee, etc. (Hereinafter referred to as "Employees, etc.".) to our company. In the event that disputes or other problems arise due to the handling of personal information of employees, etc., the User shall resolve such problems at its own expense and 

responsibility and shall not cause any inconvenience to our company.

Article 4 Acquisition of location information

1. The acquisition of the location information of the vehicle among the user information acquired by this service can be stopped by the request of the customer. Please notify our company of the discontinuation of location information acquisition on this service or through an authorized Isuzu dealer in the country/region where you purchased the product. When you start using this service, you agree that it is your responsibility to check/switch the settings. If the service is stopped, the user agrees that the service using location information will not be provided.

Article 5 Managing Login IDs and Passwords

1. When using the Service, the User shall use the Login ID assigned by our company to the User and the password set by the User (In addition, hereinafter referred to as "Login ID, etc.".).

2. The user shall manage the login ID, etc. with the care of a prudent manager. If the user's login ID, etc. is used by a third party, the user shall be responsible for the act of the third party.

Article 6 intellectual property rights

1. The intellectual property rights (Including, but not limited to, copyrights, patent rights, utility model rights, design rights, trademark rights, know-how, etc., hereinafter referred to as "intellectual property rights".) relating to the information displayed on the Service (Documents, videos, sounds, photos, images, and all other edited content) belong to our company or any third party entitled thereto.

2. Your license to use the Services under these Terms does not imply any transfer of rights to you.

Article 7 Prohibited items

The User shall not engage in any of the following acts or acts that may occur in the course of using the Service. In addition, if damage is caused to our company or a third party by the following actions of the user, the user shall be liable to compensate for the damage.

 (1) Use the Service by any method other than that approved by our company;

 (2) transfer, sell, lease or sublicense the Services to a third party without charge, or use the Services to provide services to a third party;

 3. an act that interferes with or interferes with the operation of the Services (or the servers and networks to which the Services are connected);

 (4) Using the Service by impersonating a third party

 (5) Reproduction, reprinting, redistribution, etc. of all images, data, information, etc. used for the Service, free of charge or in any form

 (6) Infringes on the intellectual property rights of our company or a third party;

 (7) Other acts deemed inappropriate by our company on reasonable grounds.

Article 8 immunity

1. our company does not warrant the completeness, operation or suitability of the Service for the equipment used, or the usefulness, accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose of the information contained in the Service. In addition, our company shall not be liable for any communication failure, defects in system equipment, etc., or damages suffered by the user or third parties due to the use of the Service.

2. If the Service calls other sites or uses the functions of other sites, our company shall not be responsible for the specifications, operation and effects of such sites.

Article 9 cancellation

1. If you decide to stop using the Service, you will notify our company of this through an authorized Isuzu dealer in the country/region where you purchased the product.

2. When you start using the service again after the cancellation, you may have to take in the vehicle/replace parts, etc., but you will bear the cost.

Article 10 Response to transfer/disposal of vehicle ownership and use rights

1. If the user transfers the ownership or use of the vehicle to another party or disposes of the vehicle, the user shall notify our company of this through an authorized Isuzu dealer in the country/region where the vehicle was purchased.

2. If any dispute or other problem arises as a result of the User's failure to comply with the above request, the User shall resolve the matter at its own cost and responsibility and shall not cause any inconvenience to our company.

Article 11 Modification, Suspension or Termination of the Service

1. our company may change the content, display, operation method, operation method, etc. of the Service and suspend the provision of the Service without prior notice to the User. In this case, our company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such changes or interruptions.

2. our company may, without prior notice to the User, discontinue the remote collection of condition data on vehicles (Hereinafter referred to as the "Vehicle".) registered by the User to use the Service and terminate the provision of the Service in the following cases:. In this case, our company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such termination.

 (1) If the owner or user of the Vehicle changes, including resale, at the User:

 (2) If it is confirmed that the vehicle has not been in operation for more than three months

 3. when the telecommunications company is forced to stop communications due to laws and regulations or the circumstances of the telecommunications company;

 (4) In other cases where our company deems it necessary.

3. If you violate any of the matters set forth in these Terms, our company may terminate your use of the Services without giving you any notice.

Article 12 Changes to these Terms

These Terms are subject to change without prior notice to users. If you use the Service after the change, you agree to the changed Terms and Conditions.

Article 13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The laws governing these Terms are Japanese law. In the event of any dispute between our company and you in connection with these Terms or the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court with exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.
